The AMUA Pilates Board is designed for safe, controlled, and effective home workouts.
- Unfold the board
Place the board on a flat, stable surface and fully unfold it until it locks securely in place. - Adjust the resistance bands
Attach the elastic resistance bands to the desired position for your workout intensity. - Position your body
Use the padded elbow rests, handles, or knee pad for comfort and proper alignment during exercises. - Train with control
Perform slow, controlled movements to activate your core, arms, legs, and back effectively. - Fold & store easily
After use, simply fold the board back into its compact form for easy storage at home.
